Matt and my cover of Take Me To Church by Hozier

This was an cool song to tackle, and different from some of the other covers we’ve done. A side note: when we got together to film, we were both dressed in dark blue jeans and dark blue shirts. One of those random/funny coincidences that ended up working - our dark clothes contrasting the white upright piano (which is one of my favorite things about this video).

White Walls/Can’t Hold Us/Same Love/Thrift Shop (Acoustic Mashup)

I love how this one came together. Definitely our most ambitious mash-up to date. The funniest part was pitching the idea to Jaclyn over the phone a week before she came to visit. I basically told her during finals week that she needed to memorize the words to all of these songs. Good news is she was up for the challenge.

Keelan and my cover of “Heart Of Glass” by Popeska.

Took these today in an abandoned-looking part of town. It was quite the adventure. Happy to be feeling 60 degree days again - especially after the cold winter we’ve been having.

XM Radio performance with Emily Hackett.

Visited California for the first time last week, and the first thing I did was drive to the beach.  I’ve only ever lived in landlocked states, and I could probably count the number of beaches I’ve been to on one hand.  A side note - California is probably the most beautiful place I’ve ever been, and I now understand why famous people live there.

Jaclyn and I mashing “Wake Me Up” by Avicii and “The Monster” by Eminem and Rihanna.

Jaclyn in her new coat.  Only when you live in Pittsburgh do you ask for a coat for Christmas :)

Keelan, Emily, and I covering “River” by Joni Mitchell.
